All orders are subject to a processing time of 1-3 business days.
You will receive your tracking number via email (check spam or junk mail just in case) once the order has been shipped out.
All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal service (USPS) and will take approximately 3-7 business days for delivery.
If you have an issue with your package after it has been shipped, (lost package, missed delivery, incorrect address, refused delivery etc.) Please contact the shipping provider directly in regards to any packages that has not been received after it has been shipped. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All packages are insured and you should file a claim with USPS in the event of a misdelivery/lost package.
All orders placed are final sale. We do not process any returns/exchanges. There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed and fulfilled. as we are unable restock returned or opened goods due to sanitary reasons.
